Rock climbing cake for a set of twins celebrating their 7th birthday at Solid Rock Gym.  The cake featured the birthday boy and girl along with their little dog peaking out from a backpack.  They chose a confetti cake (vanilla cake with sprinkles in the batter) with vanilla buttercream filling.

We created this baby shower cake to celebrate the soon to be arrival of baby Isabel.   Buttercream iced cake with pink, mint green and chocolate brown fondant accents.   Inside was our version of black forest cake – chocolate cake with cherry preserves and vanilla buttercream fillings.

This fishing boat cake was a surprise treat ordered by the recipient’s sister.  The cake features a boat with the birthday boy, his wife, the big “30″ catch and his six pets….2 dogs, 2 cats, a turtle and a hamster catching a ride on the bakc of the turtle.  Vanilla cake with raspberry buttercream filling.

50’s style sock hop cake for Family Night at a local school.  In addition to the cake, we donated 200 coordinating cupcakes in pink and blue.

This cake was for a little girl celebrating her 2nd birthday at Sea World.  Buttercream icing with fondant decorations.

I’m getting caught up on posts!  We created this Sesame Street cake a while back for a Sesame Street themed first birthday.  Buttercream icing with fondant accents.  Elmo candies and candle topper provided by client.

The brown and blue color combination is quite popular and we are fond of it for obvious reasons.  We created this baby shower cake as a spin on our ever popular “Taylor Grace” cake to match baby accessories and the invitation.  The top layer was vanilla cake with raspberry filling and the bottom layer was red velvet with cream cheese all iced in vanilla buttercream. 

We got a request to create a First Birthday cake in blue, yellow and red with and airplane theme.  The parents also wanted a special keepsake toy on top for the birthday boy.   Flavors included vanilla cake and chocolate cake layered with orange, raspberry and cookies n cream buttercreams.  Happy First Birthday Anh-Huy!
